Colon Cleanse boosts daily fibre intake and helps keep bowel movements regular. Also excellent at helping remove waste build-up from the colon (large intestine). Made of psyllium husk powder.

Serving Suggestions:
Colon Cleansing	Mix 1 tsp Colon Cleanse with 1/2 tsp Bentonite Clay in a jar/shaker. Add water (min 300ml) and shake the jar vigorously. Drink immediately. Do not eat anything 30min before and after. Repeat 4 times/day.
Boost fibre intake	1teaspoon per day in the water.
