Colon Cleanse boosts daily fibre intake and helps keep bowel movements regular. Also excellent at helping remove waste build-up from the colon (large intestine). Made of psyllium husk powder. Serving Suggestions:Colon CleansingMix 1 tsp Colon Cleanse with 1/2 tsp Bentonite Clay in a jar/shaker. Add water (min 300ml) and shake the jar vigorously. Drink immediately.
