• Vitamin D is used to treat and prevent bone disorders (such as rickets, osteomalacia) and is made by the body when skin is exposed to sunlight.
• Sunscreen, protective clothing, limited exposure to sunlight, dark skin, and age may prevent getting enough vitamin D from the sun.
• Vitamin D is proven to boost energy from within the cells and is vital for making our muscles work efficiently and boosting energy levels
• Alongside poor bone health, muscle fatigue is a common symptom in vitamin D deficient patients.

DOSAGE:

ADULTS: One tablet daily with water or as recommended by your health care professional.
Not recommended for children under 12.
Do not exceed daily upper safe level.
