B6 participates actively in many chemical reactions of proteins and amino acids, acting as a coenzyme in carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism. Maintains chemical balance amongst body fluids and regulates the excretion of water. Helpful for stress control and brain function.

Dosage: Adults – One capsule daily with water or as recommended by your health care professional.
