ACTIVE INGREDIENTS Standardised herbal extract and powder eqv to: Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea) 500mg DIRECTIONS ADULTS: One capsule two to three times daily with water or as recommended by your health care professional. Not recommended for children and pregnant women. Do not take for more than 8-10 days, without abstaining for 2 days.
