Maté Tea

A restorative herbal tea that also works as a general tonic.Uses: Stimulant, diuretic, curbs appetite, restores trace mineral depletion, slimming, general tonic.Directions: 1 heaped teaspoon of herbs to 1 cup boiling water, allow to draw for 10min. Add honey if desired. Drink when necessary.
